Our Policies
Please read the entire page before you place an order. By placing an order, you agree to all the following terms and conditions of DavidZackDesigns.com online store.
- Order Information
- Our online shopping site is fully secured by SSL.
- We reserve the right, without prior notification to limit the order quantity on any items and/or refuse service to any customer.
- Prices and Availability
- Due to circumstances beyond our control, prices and availability are subject to change without notice.
- Orders will be filled to the best of our ability. If an item is out of stock we will back order it if possible and charge shipping for the original order only.
- The colors shown on the products are an approximation of the original colors, and may vary on your computer system.
- Minimum purchase for an International Order is $200.00 plus shipping.
- Please look for special discount coupons in our Newsletter.
- All prices are in US Dollars.
- Payment
- Credit Cards only (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover).
- Upon receiving your order, your credit card will be processed for pre-authorization.
- The orders with declined credit card on the pre-authorization: (1) the email will be sent out to notify the customer. (2) The order will be canceled unless we receive the valid credit card information within 48 hours of our notification.
- Upon shipping your order, your credit card will be charged in full.
- Note: Credit Card fraud will be reported to the FBI immediately. Cookies, email address, IP information and delivery address will be forwarded.
- Shipping
- UPS and USPS are our primary delivery service for domestic and international shipments.
- We ship Monday-Friday. We strive to ship all orders within 2 business days (excluding weekends & holidays). However, peak seasons such as Christmas, Valentine's Day and Mother's Day may require additional time. From our location most packages are delivered in 2-5 business days.
- For unusual locations, we may charge additional shipping cost.
- Items are shipped according to availability. If items are not available, we will contact you.
- Lost Parcels: DavidZackDesigns.com is not responsible for the lost/missing parcels during the transportation. In the event that an insured parcel is missing or lost, DavidZackDesigns.com will submit the insurance claim for the customer. DavidZackDesigns.com cannot credit customer's account until the insurance claim is successfully resolved, and DavidZackDesigns.com receives the funds from the shipper. Also, the shipping charge for the lost parcels is excluded from the insurance coverage, and DavidZackDesigns.com cannot credit/refund the original shipping charge. Please note that the USPS shipment policy requires a 60-day waiting period before submitting for an insurance claim.
- Please note: If the shipping address provided by the customer is not complete and accurate, UPS holds the packages one extra day at the destination to correct the shipping address. Under this circumstance, UPS charges an extra shipping cost to the shipper (DavidZackDesigns.com) for the Address Correction Service. DavidZackDesigns.com reserves the right to charge the customer any additional shipping charges to cover the expense incurred by the incomplete/inaccurate shipping address provided by the customer. The extra charge by DavidZackDesigns.com on the customer's credit card account may show up after 4 to 6 weeks from the order date due to the UPS billing cycle. It is the customer's responsibility to provide the accurate shipping address at the time of order to eliminate the unnecessary shipment delay and the additional charges.
- There is a $10.00 handling fee for the USPS International shipment.
- Returns and Exchanges
- All jewelry is visually inspected prior to shipping. In the event there is a defect with the merchandise please refer to the following guidelines.
- Buy with confidence; we have a 30 day money-back guarantee.
- If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days for a full refund or exchange less shipping charges. Please follow the return/exchange policy below.
- All returns/exchanges must be accompanied by an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Please email the order number, your name, items you wish to return/exchange, and the reason for the return/exchange to help@DavidZackDesigns.com or call toll free (800) 676-0115. Any return without an authorization number will be refused.
- All sale item purchases are final.
- All returns must be in original condition with original package including damaged or defective items. Return/exchange items must be sent back within 5 days of acquiring an RMA number in a prepaid package and insured for the full amount by a traceable carrier such as UPS, FedEx or USPS. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Refunds sent COD will be refused.
- We are not liable for merchandise damaged during transportation. The UPS/USPS shipping charge includes insurance that covers damage or loss during transportation, and the claim must be filed with UPS/USPS. It may take up to 4 to 6 weeks to resolve the issue.
